Elixoserver Terms of Service

DApps Platform, Inc., and/or its affiliates (�we,� �our,� or �us�) provide software and financial technology services through our website located at https://www.Elixoserver.com, along with related mobile applications, trading systems, and blockchain wallet products (collectively, the �Services� or �Elixoserver�).
Before using our Services, please carefully read these Terms of Service (�Terms�) together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable legal notices or policies displayed on our website or mobile applications.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;

  • You agree to be legally bound by them; and

  • You are of legal age and competent to enter into these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any updates made to them, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, with the new effective date. Your continued use of Elixoserver following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using Elixoserver, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have full authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an Elixoserver account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;

  • Maintain and promptly update your details;

  • Secure your account credentials; and

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Description of Services

Elixoserver provides a combined cryptocurrency wallet and copy-trading brokerage platform, including but not limited to:

  • Digital asset custody, transfer, and management;

  • Social and copy trading, enabling users to follow or mirror professional traders;

  • Access to decentralized applications (�DApps�) and decentralized exchanges (�DEX�);

  • Staking and yield-generation services through supported blockchain networks.

All trading and investment activities involve risk. You acknowledge that digital assets and copy-trading strategies are volatile and that past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Use our Services for fraud, scams, or illegal activities;

  • Interfere with or attempt to bypass our security systems;

  • Engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or mining;

  • Transmit malware, spam, or malicious code;

  • Impersonate any entity or misrepresent your affiliation;

  • Use Elixoserver to promote or execute market manipulation schemes;

  • Engage in any behavior that could damage, disable, or impair our Services.

7. Wallet Address, Private Key, and Backup

You are solely responsible for your wallet security. This includes the retention of your private keys, mnemonic (�Secret Phrase�), and passwords.

  • We do not store or have access to your private keys, Secret Phrase, or wallet passwords.

  • If you lose your credentials, we cannot recover your funds or restore access.

  • Always maintain secure backups of your wallet information.

Failure to back up your wallet may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

8. Copy Trading & Social Trading

By using Elixoserver�s Copy Trading feature, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for selecting the traders you choose to follow or copy.

  • Copying trades does not constitute financial advice.

  • Elixoserver and its affiliates are not liable for any losses arising from your trading or copying activity.

  • You can stop or modify your copy-trading settings at any time, but transactions already executed cannot be reversed.

9. Use of DApps and DEX

When using integrated DApps or decentralized exchanges (DEX):

  • You transact directly on-chain through third-party smart contracts.

  • Elixoserver is not responsible for transaction errors, failed swaps, or contract vulnerabilities.

  • You assume full responsibility for your blockchain activity, including gas fees and address accuracy.

10. Staking Services

If you participate in staking through Elixoserver:

  • You authorize third-party validators to stake assets on your behalf.

  • Staking rewards and timelines are determined by the underlying blockchain networks.

  • Elixoserver does not guarantee continuous staking or returns.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services�including trademarks, software, logos, data, text, and visuals�belong to Elixoserver or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services immediately cease.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided �as is� and �as available.�We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixoserver, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services;

  • Third-party content or DApps;

  • Unauthorized access or data loss;

  • Errors or delays in transactions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of Elixoserver is governed by our Privacy Policy. This explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We may share limited user information with third-party service providers to facilitate transactions or compliance processes.These providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and process data securely in compliance with applicable laws.

17. Business Transfers

If Elixoserver undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction under the same privacy protections.

18. User Rights

You may:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your data;

  • Opt out of marketing communications;

  • Withdraw consent where applicable under data protection law.

Tier upgrade

Your account has to be upgraded to avoid account suspension and to increase the limits on that account, meaning you can operate with certain leverage.

Tier 1 account usually has a limit of above $125,000. Once this threshold is passed, your account will be suspended and you won't be able to withdraw until the terms are met. Considering these terms, you will be required to make a direct deposit of $50,000 into your own account to regulate the profit made on that account and to avoid flagging. Certain profits must be possible, otherwise withdrawals won't be approved and trading activities will stop until these deposit terms are met. Bear in mind that this money will go into your trading account, not someone else's.
A Tier 2 account has a limit of $250,000, so a deposit of $100,000 is required to lift the threshold on the account.
A Tier 3 account has a limit of $500,000, which requires a deposit of $200,000 to lift the threshold.
A Tier 4 account is a lifetime limit option that will be lifted once a total deposit of $500,000 has been made. Once this has been deposited, any threshold will be lifted.
